BOOKING:
Due to the personalized care and meticulous attention we provide to each family, as well as our commitment to creating breathtaking works of art, we accept a limited number of appointments each month. For your session, we reserve our studio exclusively for two hours, fully dedicated to your family, ensuring an extraordinary and memorable experience.
Our team is scheduled specifically for your session. To maintain this level of dedication, our session fees are in place to secure appointments with serious and committed clients.
See below for policies regarding late policy, rescheduling, cancellation, no-shows, etc.
EXTRA CHILD/SIBLING FEE
Sessions are designed for one child. Additional siblings are $60 each with a maximum of 2 siblings. Each sibling will get individual portraits along with the group. Sessions do not include cousins. Please contact the studio by phone (located in the footer of the webpage) to inquire about portraits with cousins or for larger groups.
LATE POLICY
We dedicate specific time for each portrait session and schedule clients consecutively throughout the day. We make every effort to start your session on time, and if you're late, that time will be deducted from your session to ensure the next client’s appointment runs smoothly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will assist you in rescheduling, and a $200 rescheduling fee will apply.

Sessions cancelled more than 7 days prior to your originally scheduled session, can be rescheduled at no cost.
If you reschedule with less than seven days’ notice, there will be a $200 rescheduling fee for a new session date.

NO-SHOWS
Our entire staff devotes two hours to serving you and your child. No refunds will be given for canceled or no-show sessions. To reschedule a no-show, you must pay a $200 non-refundable rescheduling fee.

NO ONLINE VIEWING. Be sure to bring everyone who will be involved in both the artistic and financial decisions. The artwork you choose at this session has the potential to last a lifetime, becoming a cherished piece for you and your child. Following your child's session is the only time you will have the opportunity to see or order your portraits.We are a fine art studio, specializing in creating stunning wall art portraits. All products are sold separately, and no portrait is included in your session fee.
After the portrait session, you will view the images. They will be showcased in a beautiful slideshow set to music. You’ll receive guidance through the selection process, with the chance to view your images in actual sizes and choose your framing options. We’ll present all available products and assist you in deciding how best to display your favorite portraits.
Please plan for this part of your appointment to last 40-60 minutes (a part of the overall 2 hour experience). Childcare is provided, as children will not be in the theater room during the image selection process.
SCHEDULING AN ADDITIONAL ORDER APPOINTMENT: Yes there is an $60 fee to schedule a second 60 minute order appointment. The session, along with the viewing and ordering time, is carefully designed to minimize disruptions to your busy schedule while ensuring all key decision-makers can be involved in both the artistic and financial choices.
DURATION OF SESSION
Fairytale sessions last up to 2 hours, including the time allotted for you to make your final decisions on artwork. We will pause briefly following your session to prepare your portrait proofs for viewing. This is your only opportunity to choose and purchase your child's portraits. Please block your schedule and that of any decision-makers for two hours on the day of your session. This will save you time.
CAN YOU DO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS?
Family is the most important thing to us-your family and ours, therefore, weekday appointments end at 5pm so that our team can spend time with their families! Ocassionally we are able to open up an appointment that ends at 6pm. Children are happiest before this time as well.
Most of our clients choose to take their children out of school for this very special experience. What child wouldn’t be excited to tell their friends they’re off to be part of a Fairytale adventure? As the years pass, you'll treasure the memory of this magical day every time you look at your portrait!
What age child can participate?
This is an interactive, unforgettable adventure. All participants must be 3 years to 12 years to follow instructions and have the best interactive experience. They will participate in a storyline with their fairy Godmother or adventure guide. We want your children to have the best magical experience!
If some siblings are older than 12 years old, call the studio to discuss to ensure the best experience.
How many children can be in the session?
Our Fairytales are designed for up to three siblings only. Additional siblings are just $60 each. Our portrait artists will capture individual images of each child, as well as a few together. As you plan for the future, think about which child might inherit this artwork. Many families choose to have a fine art piece of each child along with a Storybook featuring them together, creating a lasting keepsake for years to come.
Cousins and friends must schedule separate sessions, but if booked back-to-back, we can capture a few poses together that you can add to your order.
How should we prepare for a fairytale session?
Please choose a session time that is when your youngest child is happiest. Do not schedule too close to their nap or meal time.
We provide all costumes and props, ensuring each detail aligns perfectly with the fairytale or adventure theme. We will ask for your child's age and size to be sure we have the appropriate sizes available to you.All you need to bring is a clean, happy child!Please be sure nails are clean and groomed and that any temporary tattoos are removed before you arrive at the studio as we do not include correcting these issues as a standard retouch. If you choose to bring your own outfit, it must be pre-approved.
Your fairy Godmother or adventure guide will take your child through the magical journey so that you and your spouse or partner may relax while we create beautiful artwork and a magical time for your child.
What happens on the day of my child's session?
As stated earlier, your fairy Godmother or adventure guide will greet you when you arrive for your appointment. You may enjoy a beverage and relax while we are busy creating. Following your child's session will be the only time when you will see and choose your artwork which is why both parents must be present for the appointment.

Please note, portraits are sold separately and are not included in the session fee. You'll have the opportunity to invest in gift prints, wall art, and custom storybook albums. As a fine art studio, we specialize in transforming photographs into artistically rendered painted portraits that are truly one-of-a-kind.
Portraits start at $500. Clients typically spend between $2,000 and $15,000 on their Fairytale Child portraits, but what you choose to invest is entirely up to you. There’s no commitment until you see your portrait selections.
Yes, we love children with diverse abilities
We warmly welcome children with diverse abilities and have extensive experience ensuring their sessions are enjoyable and memorable. If there’s anything specific we should avoid or any particular accommodations that would make their experience magical, please let us know ahead of time. We’re here to create a session tailored to your child’s unique needs.
Can an older child or adult be in this session?
The set is designed to best fit children who are 2-12 years old. If an older child is a sibling of younger children, you may include them. Call the studio in this instance so we may discuss it. Younger children must wait until they are two or older.
EXTRA MAGIC AVAILABLE -Make A Wish
For those who would love to add a fairy flower crown or Light hair and makeup pampering, Bring a donation of $40 to MAKE A WISH MIDDLE TN. 100% of that donation goes directly to help grant a critically ill child's wish. You may pay by check or cash. We can't accept credit card payment for it at this time.
What packages do you offer and what are their prices
To secure your appointment, a session fee is required. After viewing your stunning images on the day of your session, you’ll choose the size and finish of your wall art. While no purchase is required, most people fall in love with the artwork we create and choose to keep them as treasured heirlooms for future generations.
When you fall in love with more portraits than you can hang, we offer elegant folio boxes with prints or custom Storybook albums to beautifully preserve them. Our gift prints begin at $500, wall art starts at $2600, and folio boxes or custom albums start at $3900. Families most often

What do most clients choose to purchase?
We specialize in creating stunning wall art portraits and exclusive products for our Fairytale sessions. After your portrait session, you'll see your portrait proofs come to life in a beautiful slideshow set to music. We’ll guide you through the selection process, helping you choose your favorites. You'll be able to see them in real life-sized images with curated framing options, and the perfect way to display your favorite portraits. Most clients choose one to three wall portraits and a personalized fairytale storybook for the rest of their favorites. Clients generally spend anywhere from 1,500 to 15,000.
Your order appointment lasts 50-60 minutes, and we provide childcare so you can fully enjoy the experience. To preserve the magic, we recommend keeping children out of the theater, as the images are still being perfected and to not ruin the surprise for them.

ARTWORK PAYMENT / PLANS
CHECK- We also provide a 3% discount if you pay for your order in full by check at the time of your appointment.
CASH-We offer a savings for payments made in full by cash on the day of your order appointment.
CHARGE-We accept most major credit cards.
PAYMENT PLANS-While many of our families pay in full on the day of the session, several opt for payment plan options as well. Yes we offer payment plans! As a family business, we offer interest-free payment plans for up to 6 months, making it easier for you to get exactly what you want.
Once your downpayment is made, we begin immediately working on the artwork, so orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
Once full payment is received, we finalize your artwork order, you should receive your printed artwork in 8 weeks.
Do you sell just the digital files?
We specialize in creating museum-quality fine art wall portraits and do not offer digital images for sale. The digital file is simply a step in the process of creating unique, fully finished, one-of-a-kind artwork to our clients.
With the purchase of our storybook album, you may receive a small web file for social sharing, and the same with any wall portrait you purchase that is 16" or larger.
HOW DO ORDER?
Your session includes one ordering appointment a few minutes following your session. All decision-makers must be present. If you make purchasing decisions with a partner, they must attend as well. We will finalize your order during this time. Your final selections will be shipped to you 8 weeks following your session.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations of Orders
All sales of original artwork are final. Once the artwork is submitted for production and the commission contract is signed, cancellations or refunds are not possible. In most cases, production begins immediately after the view and order appointment with a signed contract.
We are committed to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event of a defect, you may return the artwork for a replacement of the same portrait.
